Games attendant lagoon

Pros Free entry to park. Cons Entire review. A fun environment to work in. Very fun and entertaining, especially interacting with the guests. This job is a good job for a fourteen and fifteen year old that is just starting out finding jobs. Pros Discounts, free entrance, and free monthly family passes. Cons Standing in the sun all day. I found it really fun until a boy came and it just ruined my whole career, because I was doing my job, but I guess I harassed them and I was pretty mad so they fired me.

Lagoon, is a great job for some people. For me it was not a good match. At times I liked, but when managers were hounding on us about going faster it was not fun. I would not suggest this job to any of my friends.

Fun work place just not good enough pay. The days were long hot and boring. Not a fun thing to do in really hot weather. Especially when you worked at the stores by the dirt road. The people I met where almost all amazing and I made some awesome long lasting friendships there but overall horrible.

I worked as a ride operator. I was overworked and under appreciated. All of my coworkers would regularly complain to me as well that they felt similarly. Depending on your ride, you are always working with another person, which makes the day bearable.

On super hot days, I would frequently empty my water bottle. To get a refill, you need to call a supervisor, which routinely took up to 20 minutes, if they even showed up at all.

Meaning, I would have no water. Same goes for bathroom breaks. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Since I started in which was when Covid happened, I think it was worse then what it was in a normal year. They were the best part of the job and they made it actually a little bit fun. It was so fun to get to know and talk with them everyday. My supervisors were overall pretty great Lagoon was VERY disorganized in keeping their policies the same and getting everyone to where they needed too.

But this might have just been because of covid. This season the season I thought it would have been better because they would have gotten the hang of covid and would have developed a system, but it was actually worse then this season.

Lagoon changed their season passes to make them online, which really messed everyone up. They would often change the rules on us randomly throughout the day. It was super confusing and sometimes we had no idea what was going on. Lines were extremely long - more Pros Free access to the park, good food on break.

Cons Very unorganized, tiring, either busy and stressful, or slow and boring. Their is a lot of people who didn't come to work. Many of the other workers would just sit around and wait for you to do the work. Management was pretty cool.

Pros Working at an Amusement park means free access to park. Cons Bad coworkers, low pay, working at an amusement park.
